"We live in very dynamic times. The wishes of our customers on the subject of delivery reliability, delivery speed and returns management are in a permanent state of flux. Accordingly, our processes must be reviewed and optimized again and again. This requires motivated employees who are open to change. Lean warehousing is an essential factor for success in logistics. This was conveyed to our employees and managers in a playful way through the impulse event. All participants were enthusiastic about the theoretical basics and the practical application."
