Intralogistics-Maturity model

The Intralogistics Maturity Model developed by Fraunhofer IML is used to provide a statement on the current implementation status of intralogistics initiatives. A benchmark between different areas or locations reveals not only differences but also potentials for synergy effects based on best practices.

By combining it with cognitive ergonomics, the perspective can be broadened through psychologically based methods and interviews. Aspects such as workload focus, work-related and individual resources at work or aspects of mental health are just a few topics that are additionally illuminated in the context of benchmarks.
