Market study 2018: Onlineshop systems for digitization of trade affairs

Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics (IML) is optaining the provider market for onlineshop systems. Within the scope of the current market study, 19 shopsystem providers have been examined. Based on a written survey, we collected key corporate figures, to illuminate strategic directions of providers and analyses the system's summary of functions in details. The study is so far the most extensive examination of providers markets for e-commerce-systems.

Eine Marktstudie zum Thema Industrie 4.0, ihre Anforderungen an ERP-Systeme

Our ERP-market study from 2016 introduces companies to the subject of Industry 4.0 and illuminates technological as well as functional aspects that should be concidered while selecting a new ERP system. The study was developped by middle class 4.0 competence center Dortmund in expertise cooperation with the ERP LOGISTICS team from Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistic. 40 German, mainly medium sized ERP-vendors and partner companies have participated in the written survey.

The market study 2015 "ERP systems for trade affairs" by the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow IML provides a comprehensive overview of the performance spectrum of 38 trade oriented ERP systems and their providers.

The results profit from the many years of experience in numerous ERP consulting projects of Fraunhofer IML and summarize the current technological developpments of ERP systems.
