The European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT) is dedicated to accelerating solultions that improve our collective use of urban spaces, while ensuring accessible, convenient, safe, efficient, sustainable and affordable multimodal mobility. At this point the instiute is consisting of 48 partners from 15 countries. EIT Urban Mobility's objective is to rethink urban spaces, overcoming fragmentation by integrating all urban mobility layers - including cities and citizens - and increasing social inclusion and equality. By accelerating the products, services and processes for cities, EIT Urban Mobility will reimagine collective and individual mobility, shaping it according to local needs, supporting communities and stimulating the economy. The European Conference of Transport Research Institutes (ECTRI), based in Brussels, is a cooperation between 26 research facilities and universities that focus on traffic research. In the long run, the aim of ECTRI is to realize the vision of an integrated, pan-European transport system. The Digital Transport and Logistics Forum (DTLF) is one of the current activities of The Association of European Vehicle Logistics. In April 2015, the European Commission founded the DTLF to create a network of experts that will be a key contact for the Commission.
