LoadRunner - Intelligent transport solution for logistics

The LoadRunner project developed a highly dynamic, autonomous transport system that organized itself flexibly in swarms and took on transport jobs independently. The vehicles in the LoadRunner system were able to link up to form larger units if required and reach speeds of up to 10 m/s, making them suitable for use in logistics centers and production facilities.

 

Efficient transport processes thanks to intelligent control

 

The special feature of LoadRunner was its ability to use intelligent swarm behavior through the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and 5G communication. The system enabled highly flexible, decentralized control of transport processes by allowing vehicles to negotiate orders with each other and adjust their routes in real time.

By using state-of-the-art sensor technologies and machine learning algorithms, the LoadRunner system:

  • Process and coordinate transport orders autonomously
  • Moving in swarms and adapting flexibly to the environment
  • Optimize routes independently and avoid obstacles
  • Joining forces for larger loads

The LoadRunner system was designed for use in warehouses, production facilities and distribution centers. Thanks to its modular design and dynamic route planning capability, it can be flexibly adapted to existing logistics processes.
