Fraunhofer IML at IEEE International Conference on Intelligence and Safety for Robotics 2018

The "2018 IEEE International Conference on Intelligence and Safety for Robotics" (ISR) took place at the Maritim Hotel, Shenyang (China) from August 24 to 27 2018. Preity Gupta, a member of the Fraunhofer IML in Dortmund, gave a lecture on the topic "A new Approach towards Safe Human-Robot Interaction in Highly Flexible Warehouses". The lecture was based on the paper with the same title which was previously submitted to the ISR by the staff members Jana Jost, Preity Gupta, Thomas Kirks, Dennis Lünsch and Jonas Stenzel of the IML").

The IEEE ISR2018 brings together an international community of experts to discuss new research results, and perspectives of future developments relevant to modeling, design, sensing, comprehension, control of intelligent robotics, and robot safety issues on psychology and physics, and related areas.“
