Automation and Embedded Systems

The in-plant material flow is the most important part in the warehouse and in production. Efficient transports whether by a fork lift, by an automated guided transport system or by automatic conveyor systems need the adequate control technology. Openness toward innovations enables modification and further development of concepts and technologies and ensures sustainability of systems.

The department «Automation and Embedded Systems» designs and realizes solutions in the industrial field. With the participation in research projects we push innovations. Recent developments and technologies acquired in research projects are transfered to business appliance. Industrial research activities act as a bridge to the end user.
